what is the best website to find beach front properties for sale by owner?

I am living in a condo that the owners would like to sell and they have offered me the opportunity to make the commission. I just don't know where is the best place to advertise this condo. Can anyone help?

2. go to buy owner or go to yahoo properties. Or go to real estate (then your area). or use your state that MLS
3. Try www.forsalebyowner.com and search by city.
4. Don't forget the ocean levels are rising due to global warming....... think twice before you buy.
