power of attorney cacelled-sale deed executed afterwards?

joint property is undivided.One of the owners executed a Power of attorney(POA) infavour of "A". "A" executed a sale deed on "B "after the owner of the land cacelled the POA and registered the document.Now all the owners are together and planning to sell the property.How to cancel the sale deed executed by "A"? Is it legal?

  1. You never have to cancel what wasn't legal to start with. Certified copies of all Power of Attorney documents are RECORDED along with the deed....it is for this reason (to prove the date that the POA was executed and who has it) All the true owner has to do is show up to the courthouse with a signed cancellation of the POA, that is dated prior to the deed, the clerk's office will simply remove the deed and that action returns it back to the original owner...a lawsuit is not necessary.
