dealer sold the 100 plots 15 years back by giving add in the paper. my friend applied for that and gave 24 instalments. registry made by the name of owner and signed by dealer. dealer showed the plot. my friend looked after that plot but after 15 year he came o know that his plot is under the custody of dealer. the no of plots sold are 100 but in actual exist are only 88. dealer gave owership of plot to another. dealer want the plot to b sold to him at 10 yers back price. who should b sued dealer or owner.

Get the title to the land checked by a competent attorney.If it was at any time registered in your name,you sue the new owner and make the dealer a party to the suit.If your name does not appear anywhere in the land records then you can sue the dealer.In both cases you can also initiate criminal proceedings against the dealer for cheating and fraud.Good Luck.
