Online House Hunting

Someone knows a website to buy house that needs work ?

I would like to buy a house at a low price and do the work to restore myself. But I can't find a site that is specialized in it? Thanks!

1. I have been a real estate agent for 33 years. Almost every house I walk thru needs work. If you are looking for a website where people have walked thru and come up with cost estimates of the work they think is needed ---I just don't think anyone is going to do that without getting paid for that service.
