If i buy house at auction the person living there has to go before auction?

The lady that lives there is the owner, the bank will give me the house with or without her in the house if I buy it at auction

1. Although she is supposed to leave when the house gets sold, the odds are you will have to do a formal eviction.
2. Unless she is a tenant with a current performing Lease, she has to move immediately, but you may have to go through eviction and have the Sheriff do a court-ordered removal of her and her belongings.
3. Maybe she comes with the house! Just kidding.... No, the person does not have to go before the auction. That is only the desired outcome...you have to get her out once you buy the property. It is no longer the banks problem to get rid of her.
