Is it possible that land owned by a trustee cannot be sold?

I am interested in land that is not currently for sale. The owner is listed as a trustee, so is it possible that it cannot be sold? Thanks.

1. It's the same thing as an individual who doesn't want to sell. Don't get so hold up on the Trustee thing, it's really not that big of a deal. The Trustee is a person.
2. It depends on the trust. A 'Trust' is a legal contract/agreement that has many different forms. If the current owner is a 'trustee' on the deed it's highly probable that the trust owns the land. Depending on the type of trust, it may be salable or may not be.
