Is there a fuse for the cruise control for a 96 Oldsmobile 88LS?

I just bought the car used from a private sale and was wondering if that could be the problem of the cruise not working,also,could you tell me where the fuses are located in the car?I havent had time to order an owners manual yet.I really appreciate all your help.Thanks.

1. The fuses are located under the dashboard on the left side of the wheel, or on the dashboard, on the left side when you open the drivers door. They probably will be in one of those to places. The panel you must open to access them, should have a diagram of what fuse is what. Good luck, there might be a fuse for that, maybe a relay, which might be in a plastic box under the hood.
