Online House Hunting

where can we find near-new used cars for sell by owners?

I have problem to find them - very few private late model (within 3-y-o) cars are listed on sites like craiglist, and when i can find a few, they are mostly from 'salvage title flippers' who bought them to fix and sell, not from the 'real' owners. I am sure there are plenty of near new cars on the market in big cities like New York and Las Vegas, for sale from private owners due to genuine reasons. Where can I find them?
