Property owned by Lee was advertised for sale, and written offers to purchase were invited. I viewed the property and communicated with Lee several times after the advertisement was published in local newspapers. Lee had accepted my offer to purchase the property for RM150, 000. There was a small house located at the middle part of that piece of property. There was also no clear agreement on the sale of the small house which Lee wished to sell separately, although the matter was discussed between the parties. Lee denied that he had decided to go on with the sale if the house was not sold separately. Lee was anxious, however, to effect a quick sale as he was desirous of leaving Malaysia permanently to England. Lee breach the law or not?? EQUITABLE ESTOPPEL??
