quick question, if i buy this trailer, what can i do with it?

Are trailer parks hard to get in? will they even let me go in? How much does lot fees cost for a trailor park? this is in canada. Thanks for looking, i will for sure check best answer.

1. Buy one in a park already installed. There should be plenty for sale. Try to get one manufactured no later than the early '90's. costs and amenities vary by area. You'll have to check by comparing.
2. Yes you can live in it. And yes you can move it in a trailer park. I live in Miami fl and I use to stay in a trailer park and I own my trailer and i paid 205.00$ a month.l
3. trailer parks can be an affordable alternative. find a park that you like and move into an existing unit, or bring your own. Good luck! btw: Cool trailer!
4. I doubt you can legally move one that old. It will fall apart on the road and it will ahve asbestos. It needs to be disassembed where it stands. They are selling it this cheap because the costs of getting it safely out of there is going to be really high.
