What to do about a guy that doesnt want to let me go? He say he is not going down without a fight?

I am no longer attracted to him, he is rude , ghetto and can be rather obnoxious.. he is a black male and hewear braids @ 25 yrs old...I think it is immature.. we were only dating a month n he starts leaving lil things @ my house, ie.. toothbrush, shirts he doesnt speak intellectually has no morals, very lil goals in life...he is a great father to his son and treated me well while we were dating but all he want to do is lay up in my apt all wekend long. He never has money to go anywhere and is always penny pinching...a freaking movie and dinner would be nice sometime without worrying about the price as long as its in normal limits (applebees, red lobster) he receives food stamps because he has custody of his son. He will buy me food and make it thinking he is doing something but he is getting food stamps so its basically free....i guess its the though that counts right Im not saying he is a horrible person but I dont envision myself with someone like this. Not to mention he ride around in a truck n can barely affordd the monthly gas for it...he is a cool person just I dont think he is the one...I am 26 and earn a decnet income and have all the basic necessities without any government help....what should I do about him......honestly????? anyway he wont leave me alone...I have told him numerous times I am not interested but he said he is not interested in letting a good woman go...what do I do I feel bad Im not good at dumping ppl i only paid for food twice at a local diner other than that i dont give him anything and not to mention he is limiting himself....white ppl dont like to hire blacks that look rough...ie..wearing braids he has a job but it pay peanuts he is now doing little sweet things like leaving roses at my door with hallmark cards...what to do??

1. firstly, I think white people hire people with skills no matter what their hair looks like, so you can't say on one side that he just wants to lay around, and then blame white people's supposed dislike of braids for him not having a better job. Secondly, if he is trying to coerce you into dating him, then that is a sign that he is more interested in his feelings then yours. Love is not about trying to force someone to want to be with you, and if he doesn't respect your wishes enough to go away I would be rather worried about his opinion of your agency. Oh, and taking or benefiting from someone else's food stamps is illegal.
