9. There seems to be some confussion. Putting a 5% tax on cosmetic surgery is not a bad thing, a tummy tuck and breast augmentation are not normally needed procedures. Most in the working class are not running to the plastic surgeon. Oh wait this is a tax aimed at rich, but for some reason the working class thinks it's aimed at them? I'll be happy when we stop corporate welfare, and when an individual that actually goes to work everyday pays the same or less in taxes than someone that lives off stock dividends

In my state of WI. a 75 cent tax on a pack of cigs pays for every uninsured adult to have FULL health care coverage , Even Dental( Co pays based on income) and It is working here!. hell lets get them to Legalize weed and tax the pot heads ,let them pay for the Health care reform for the whole country! But NOOOO! that would take untraceable billions in confiscated drug $$$S from the DEA. Prisons would lose big $ and the Politicians who approve the Drug laws and New prisons would loose that source of income as well.I the Repubs would get up off their DEAD sour Grapes Assses and get to work creating NEW jobs to replace the Jobs Regan, Clinton and Both Bushs sent away for ever we may have an income to TAX!
