how can i find out how much an average electric bill is for a 4 sale house?

I would like to know how much the average bill is for a house I am thinking of buying. It is all electric with a big detached garage. If its gonna cost an arm or leg forget it. I dont want to be blindsided by an outrageous bill. Is there somewhere i can look.

1. ask the seller for history. they should be able to log in to their utility company and get a history. or ask them for a schedule of their monthly payments. contact utility company and give them address of house. maybe they will tell you.
2. Ask your real estate agent, & they can find that out for you, or you can ask the sellers directly.
