2. The good news is that you will likely be able to find a 2-3 bedroom in a good neighborhood available, but the bad news is won't be cheap. If you want cheap you need to look in lesser neighborhoods. But, you can always get lucky and the lucky people who find these opportunities do so by seeing a sign in a yard, not by looking for ads in the newspaper. I highly suggest cruising around town looking for "for rent" signs with phone numbers and calling right away (don't forget about the competition).
