House rent and Schooling in Dubai?

I (Indian family) have been offered a job near Deira. Either near or in this vicinity, can someone hint me the rent range of 1BR and 2BR housing (2+1kid) at present. Also tell me the school that can be accommodated in this vicinity at a range of 2000AED per month for KG1. How much i should allocate for monthly expenses on a new Honda Accord. What is the usual payment mode for house rent and whether any commission is involved and to how much percentage. Anyone can reply plsss.

1. My dear friend, one bedroom hall in deira will be around 4000-4500 dhms per month. And if you took a flat on yearly basis, you can. Or you can pay quarterly. School nearby is Kindergarten school, Indian high school and dubai scholars, millennium. Hope these are located just outside of deira and it will take 1500 per month maximum. Minimum it will be 500 dhms per month. Car expenses will be around 1000 dhms
2. i am at Muscat, 3 hr journey from Dubai. one by friend is paying 3,500 dhirams for the studio type single bed room. if you need the good one it will cot you around 5000.
3. I will summarize in a nutshell what minimum gross salary you should have to afford the following: 1. 2 BR + Hall in Deira (no sharing acomodation) 2. School Fees for an elementary kid. 3. Honda Accord 4. Electricity & Water 5. Parking Fees You should be receiving at least Dhs. 28,000 per month. This will allow you to save at least 5 to 10% of your gross income. Anything lower than this will just break-even your income against expenses and if this is the case, better dont come and stay with your loved ones.
