Good town to move into in Las Vegas?

What are the good school districts there and if reading this, any suggestions on websites that have Las Vegas houses for sale? We are looking to get a vacation home out there and we are from Michigan so a safe neighborhood is important seeing we wont be there all the time. I hear Summerlin is a good area, any other places?

1. Rule of thumb is the further from the strip the better the neighborhood. Stay outside the 215 for the best areas. Summerlin is a great area but it is expensive.
