Is it necssary to remake the sale agreement once it is given After every 3 yeArs?

i got a land though sAle agreement 10 years ago, i Also taken the Power Of attorney nD Also Registered Will . The owner passes away 3 years back nD i hAv taken the land 10 years back. But i had not make the Registery as i dnt hav enough money till now. And also i hav not remake the sale agreement once i hav purchased the Land. Is it still necessary To Remake The Registered SAle Agreement in every 3 years?
