Online House Hunting

id like to buy a house in florida (im a florida resident) in my name only although i am married.?

i do not want my husbands signature on any loans or deeds, etc. is there any way to do this?

  1. I'm a realtor in MN and the way it works here is you can have one name on loans/deeds/titles, but if you are married you still need to have the spouses signature to sell. One signature to buy, two to sell. For Florida I am not sure, but a local realtor should know that.
