Online House Hunting

Long story, someone tried to use my mom's credit card in are own house to buy stuff online. help.?

i let a "friend" who got kicked out of the house live with me. i think it was a scheme to commit credit card fraud now because everything was fishy and now i know he stole because the card company called back because of suspecious activity. i want to catch him in the act and put him in jail. help pleaseee! im 19 not 5 fyi and she does no. we both want to put him in jail.
