Online House Hunting

I'm looking to buy 2 houses in 89122 las vegas? Pro's and People living in the community please answer? 10pts?

I will be renting one house and living in the other house. I'm looking for 3br house built after 2004 and less than 85k. I'm paying cash for both, I never lived in Vegas, but i work from home and i can easily move to vegas and i don't mind the hot weather. Any advice on the 89122? does anyone live there what's the pros and cons how much can rent the house for? is it easy to be rented? I'm not interested in any short sale nor in fixer upper properties, because i'm looking to buy and move before december 09? (i'm NOT a first time home owner) Thanks

1. Did you check those address on zillow? - they give you a visual picture of the neighborhood. I would wait till I've move there, to check out the rentals in that area, and advertise in out of town publications for relocaters to Vegas.
2. The rental market in LV is flooded with properties. I go to Vegas twice a year, and the RE agents I talk to say the rental market has dropped quite a bit. Finding a newer, non-fixer 3/2 for under 85k in a decent neighborhood may be a bit of a challenge.
