- House B, obviously.
- uhh?? really? House B has all positives and house A has all negatives. This is not a hard decision.
- The three most important factors when buying real estate are: 1. Location 2. Location 3. Location I don't see heated floors anywhere on that list.
- Even with the lousy economy we are in, a home is still a long term investment. If there is any upside at all to the bad area (example..crime rates going down, the area is getting better), then you could think of it as a long term investment. However, House B you dont have to fear for your safety. Who cares about a heated floor if someone stabs you on it. Lean toward house B unless the future upside outweighs.
- Obviously House B. You can't change the neighborhood... you can always change the house.
- Just tell your husband you want house B and he gets to pick out the next new car.
- House B NO DOUBT!! House A will be much harder to sell when you get sick of the crime! You can always update the house over time.
