Online House Hunting

iam trying to buy a used truck from private party when it says by owner its NOT its a dealer. please help?

trying to find a used truck to buy by a PRIVATE owner i CANT find any by owner sales everytime i find one its not.its always a car lot i think car lots find a way to delete all the private owners so u have to go to them PLEASE PLEASE HELP.
