OMG, 300 pages just slipped into cap and trade (voting on it soon) Every house must be at Green standards before you sell it. even democrats will crap about this one! if you are poor and want to sell your home you will have to spend thousands before you can sell it!!!!!!! OMG, CALL YOUR SENATOR RIGHT NOW! It gives the federal government branch of energy power to set any law they want!!!! (.. has the power to change the consumer's habbits anyway they need...) IT IS NOT FALSE, IM TYPING THIS AS I AM READING IT MYSELF AND WATCHING IT LIVE ON C-SPAN... IT WAS JUST ADDED A FEW HOURS AGO! EVERY HOUSE MUST HAVE AN OUTLET THAT WILL CHARGE AN ELECTRIC CAR. I'm typing as they say it on c-span... fannie and fredie will get a credit for every energy efficient house they loan out....NOT YOU! AT THE last minute tons of credits to fannie and freddie all new construction: tells you want building materials you can use. the fed. govt. holds the power to decide what is green. shifts massive amounts of power to the federal Govt. to decide how you can build your house. all apprasers are to be re trained to appraise your house on green standards with will effect the price of house. FYI: Nancy Pelosi is the one that did this. Giving full power to federal Govt and taking power to states.
