Where can I buy and watch the House season 6 premiere online, Today!?

The House season 6 premiere is today! Bad news ... I don't have cable. Does anyone know of a place where I can watch it online today? I don't mind if I have to pay. I know it will show up on itunes in a couple days or whatever but I want to see it today!

1. you shouldn't need cable to watch House- it is on Fox tv and that is a "Free" channel not a cable channel- check at the fox tv site for the station in your area http://www.fox.com/links/affiliates.htm
