1. You can list it for sale at Zillow ( i don't work for them). It is free. You enter the information and it will pop up for sale whenever anyone visits the site. Craigslist does not have a Dells site so you have to put it on milwaukee.craigslist.org and hope that people look there. It is free for basic listings. They have a charge for permanent real estate listings. Or you can walk into any friendly realty office and they might already have a buyer.
