If you line in the US you can buy them at online shops like Petco and Petsmart. http://liveaquaria.com ( Has great selection of both tropical and marine fishes) http://aqtropical.web.officelive.com/purchasefish.aspx ( Has quality fish, this is where I usually buy because shipping is cheap) http://aquabid.com ( Haven for fish enthusiast, depending on the breeder you can either get cheap or expensive fish but you can also tell them to deliver it to your house.
