1. Hopefully nowhere. Take the time to locate a quality breeder that cares about their animals or adopt from a local shelter or rescue.
2. i wouldnt it starts a bad relactionship well dogs+cats i would never but fish hamsters is okay im not sure about snakes
3. No reputable place would deliver animals to you. If you can't even get there yourself, how are you going to be able to give the animal the medical attention and the care it needs?
