Online House Hunting

I am flying out house hunting in two days. How should I prepare?

it is long flight and drive... a lot of hassle. I don't know what I can achieve in two days' house hunting. but how should I prepare myself. what if at the end of day after seeing 50 houses, I am completely lost. should I get a spreadsheet with different points for different features of a house and compile my info. ??

2. Contact a realtor in the area you are looking. Tell them exactly what you are looking for and allow them to help shorten your list. Most realtors will look a house over before you get there. If they have a list of do's & don'ts from you, they can only show you the ones that actually meet your requirements. It will save you a lot of time and hassle.
