I am planning to buy a house in Chandler. How is the area east of Rdly & Mcqueen intersection?

I am planning to buy a house in Chandler. How is the area east of Rdly & Mcqueen intersection? On the Ray Road, it did not look great from Alma school to Hamilton. After Mcqueen the communities looked good while driving through the area. I meant Ray Rd and Mcqueen Rd intersection.

1. It sound fine. But i am not sure where that area is. I used to have family in chandler.
2. I live on Ray and Dobson and have been here for years. I love it! Anything on Ray is very nice, in my opinion. It's quiet enough and you are close enough to downtown chandler where a lot of fun things happen. I love Chandler. It's quiet and I have great neighbors who have been there forever. Plus, property value in Chandler is the most stable in the valley.
