What would you charge for this at a consignment sale?

I bought this at a consignment sale for $20 and I don't have room for it in my house. http://www.target.com/Simply-Shabby-Chic-Vanity-Table/dp/B0007T307O/sr=1-2/qid=1237171013/ref=sr_1_2/175-8553691-9089161?ie=UTF8&frombrowse=0&index=target&rh=k%3Avanity%20table&page=1 ---It's Like New, but it does have a chip the very bottom of one of the legs, but I've painted it so it's not really noticable. Anyways, I'm puting it into another consignment sale. I'd like to at least get my money back out of it. The consignment people take 30%. I thought about puting it in for $25.00 or could I get more? I don't want to be bringing it back home so I don't want to price it too high. What would you personally give for it at a sale?

  1. Post it on Craig's and i'll give you 25 for it. edit: I agree with honey...it's worth more but I am always looking for something less than 25.
  2. I think you could get more, $30-35, even $40. Do you have a bench to go with it, then def. $40.
  3. Print out the advertisement to show the cost in stores....then put $45 on it....you can always go down in the price...you can never go up!
  4. I agree with the idea of printing out the ad to show the $ value of it and then price it at least half of that and mark it down if it doesn't sell by maybe the end of the second day of the sale.
