hi, if i speny $12 million on building a house, would it be possible for me to build it bigger than the properties featured on this site> http://renorealestatelogic.com/?page_id=172 , i've seen the size of some these homes but usualy they are only so expensive because of the real estate prices but probably dont cost that much money at all to bulid?, so i wondored how big a house could i build for $12 mill?, and is it better to build your own house i.e. design, size and specs etc?
