Florida oceanfront properties; is it time to buy?

I'm looking to buy a small single family house in florida on some beach or oceanfront. My budget is 100K max and I'm looking for something around 2Br house. Is it possible ? Which area is cheapest for oceanfront houses ? Where should I start to look?

1. Nowhere. There are no beachfront properties for under a million.
2. I was just down there on the gulf side, they are still trying to sell houses for over 2 million down there in Fort Myers Beach area, that have oceanfront property. Good Luck!
3. I don't think you're there yet. Saw some a few blocks from the beach for around 200k.
