Online House Hunting

What are the steps i should take before migrating to Hawaii permanently? I am from Malaysia.?

I have recently obtained my U.S citizenship and social security number (I was born in the U.S) I have never went back to U.S and don't know what to expect. I've decided to reside in Hawaii, rent a house, get a job or maybe open a small business (maybe a hot dog cart). Back in Malaysia I owned 3 casual dining restaurants and has worked in many F&B positions and the highest position was a Head Chef in a Cafeteria with 5-6k daily sales. Thank You.

1. if u dont have family here u should start looking for a place now. Send in the down payment to reserve your apt. We are crowded here and housing is expensive. Best of luck and I know u will love it here.
