I'm house hunting in Atlanta GA. Are there any websites that can help? ?

Specifically, I would like to know of a website that can tell me the actual selling price of other properties in the areas I'm looking at. Also, what percentage should I be expected to get off the asking price in today's economy? I keep hearing that it's a buyer's market.
