Online House Hunting

I was told to stay away from Ryan built homes when house hunting in Avon Ohio. Should I follow this advice?

I was warned about subpar materials but when I walked through one this week I was impressed with the quality of workmanship and level of detail. I could not find anything wrong. This home was in the $350,000 range.

1. Consider the source. Was it a competitor who warned you? Ryan has been around for a long time. Still, it wouldn't hurt to shop around and decide for yourself.
