I was wondering if it is good time right now to buy a house in Toronto area? Mortgage goes down...Real Estate market stopped...Prices goes down... What will be next? For how long the prices will go down? Should I buy house now or should I wait?

2. no it is not a good time because the olympic games are held there and that will increase the value of the home if you buy now, you should wait until the olympic are over with.
