House hunting in Barcelona?

I am looking at possibly relocating to Barcelona, Spain. While I will be working in Barcelona, I would like to find a house with a descent size yard no more than 30 minutes outside the city. I would love to live close to a small village by the coast. (I know its a lot to ask for, but you should aim for the stars right?). I prefer something that needs to be fixed up. Any suggestions for what area could meet these requirements or any ideas what such a house could cost?
