Online House Hunting

What happens when you buy something online and it comes broken?

I'm not talking about like Ebay, but like actuall stores that you can buy things online from. When it comes to your house and you open it and its broken what do you do?

1. call them and tell them ur situation they should make u send it back and send u another one
2. call the store. and tell them about the situation. and they should let you send it back and get a new one or give your money back
3. They should have insurance on the item, call them up and let them handle it.
