the other land owners in the resort so I can mail them each a postcard informing them that the piece of property is for sale?

1. If you are planning on listing the property with an agent, you can ask him to request a list of all the neighbors surrounding the property from the title company. If not, you can go to the county hall of records to request a list of all the addresses of property owners surrounding the property.
2. Check the local tax records. It'll have the names and mailing addresses of all the owners.
