Georgia question?

Are there any good colleges near Marietta Georgia? Also is there any good priced apartments, condos or houses out there close to the college? And if there is a college please direct me to the home page of the college or give me baisic info about what I in terms of grades to go there.

1. Southern Polytechnic and State University is a great school in Marietta (especially for computer science and engineering). I don't live in the area, so I don't know what apartment/condos are like, but on-campus housing runs around $4,000 a year. The minimum requirements for freshmen admission are: 1. Graduation from a regionally accredited high school or a high school accredited by the Georgia Accreditation Commission or an approved University System of Georgia agency or from a public school under the authority of the State Department of Education 2. Completion of the 16 required CPC units, plus two additional academic units 3. Have an academic HSGPA of at least a 2.5 and minimum scores of 500 on the SAT critical reading (21 ACT English) and 500 on the SAT math (21 ACT math) The college's website is www.spsu.edu
