renting out a house for a day thats for sale?

1. great idea is contact a local hotel with an indoor pool like a holiday inn u can normally rent a room and have 8 friends over, try the midway motor lodge in elk grove they use to do it. more than 8 friends rent two rooms, some hotels will even close their pools to outsiders if u rent it for a period of time costs probably 100-250
