Online House Hunting

If you rent a house for a vacation in Florida, which of the following are most important to you?

I am thinking of improving the house I rent in FL to vacationers. Please tell me which improvements you think you'd like to find in a rental. We have AC, a pool, a full kitchen, DSL, cable TV with surround... What about: outdoor whirlpool spa, canoe or kayak, 2 bicycles, outdoor kitchen (we now have a portable charcoal grill), heat for the pool, a supply of herbs and spices, a supply of soap and paper items? Would these things influence your choice? Can you suggest other amenities?
