How to break a house rent contract?

hello i have been renting a house 9 months and i have a contract for a year...i am a student and all student houseing contract start soon so that means i will be payin rent 4 2 houses which i cannot afford..i was wonder if any1 has any help 4 me? should i just leave?? i dont mins loseing my deposit thank you

1. you should call your landlord. It might cost ya to get out of the lease.
2. I recommend talking to your landlord. You may be able to sublet to another party. In fact, your landlord may have interested parties. If you back out of your lease, you could have serious repercussions...collections, damage to your credit, etc.
