When house hunting does anything put you off a property immediately?
We looked at a bungalow and a lady among many others in the lounge shouted " get out of the way, I can`t see the telly for you".. Hello!!!!!

- lmao, i usually see them empty!!
- ...definately - if its got cladding!
- the neighbours
- yes
- i dont mind mess - after all, people still live there - but i hate houses that obviously need updating. an out-dated kitchen makes my heart sink, as do coloured bath suites. you just know you'd end up paying out thousands for the redecoration.
- dont know but im definetly put off if it is ugly i once went 2 this house and in 1 bathroom it had green & black tiles and in the other bathroon it had yellow & purple tiles
- I would have said to the owner," I see you are not really interested in selling the house, so I will go now."
- The biggest turn off is the neighbor who grins at me and feels the edge of a LARGE knife!!
- Yes that would be put me off. Also if the house was left in a mess and the garden is in a state after all you are trying to sell the house
- Neighbors messy house/Property...!!
- if its old fasioned and untidy inside
- A group of teenagers sitting in the garden next door drinking cider and smoking some strange, aromatic, substance. We decided to look elsewhere.
- The price. Unless they will take a bad offer.
- the windows and curtains if there a mess you can guarantee the rest of the house will be :)
- HEH'' THAT'S FUNNY''
