How do I buy a house in a decent part of the south bay with 0%down and not perfect credit?

There has to be a way to buy a detached home without a down payment and not great credit. I'd really appreciate any serious responses. And the house doesn't have to be big, small is ok as long as it is in a decent neighborhood with no major issues such as structural, ect.

1. Contact a realor & he/she can give you the info you need. Believe me, there are many mortgage companies out there, who will be glad to finance you, so don't give up until you have exhausted all avenues. You may have to pay a higher interest rate, but at least you'd be buying your own home, & on time or early mortgage payments will look good on your credit report. Good luck!!!
2. The market it is really slow now so you can get a motivated seller to pay all your upfront cost. If you need the seller can usually cover 3 to 5 % down but may raise house price slighty. A realitor can do all the work for you they get paid buy seller at closing.
