What area in chelmsford is the best to buy house?
I want to buy 3 bedroom house.

- Obviously this depends on what sort of distance from the town centre you are talking about. Beaulieu Park is supposed to be the "posh" area but 3 bed houses are a bit thin on the ground, it's more 5 or 6 if you know what I mean. Within a mile, south springfield is ok, moulsham lodge also. Clearly any area has good and bad parts and is never far away from an undesireable area. Within 3 or 4 miles you have Great Baddow and writtle village, some of which is very nice. My personal choice if moving is Boreham near the A12 towards colchester. Not perfect on the main road but away from it has some very nice bits. A close second is Little Waltham, also a village at about the same distance but north from chelmsford. If you have specific requirements I could perhaps point you in the right direction.
