What can legally be done to remove previous owners from a house after they have sold it and wont leave?

My sister bought a house in Florida and the previous owners will not move out. What can she do to get them out of her house?

1. E V I C T I O N. Call the Realtor and let them help! Whoever she used to buy the home should have advised her about letting the seller stay and if the seller is still there...that REALTOR has some work to do. Get the Broker involved. This can and will get solved if you do!
2. once your sister has legal title, i would go with the premises landlord tenant over trespasser and go down to the local court house and file an eviction complaint against them, also i would have her go back to the lawyer she uses to have them file for eviction
3. Call the police and have them arrested for trespassing if they are no longer the owners and have no right to be there. They'll probably tell you to go to the courthouse and file formal eviction papers, but just having them show up questioning their right to remain in the home - having no permission or ownership in it, may just get them to start packing.
4. EVICTION PROCEEDINGS or wait down the street for a few days or weeks sometime they are gonna have to leave to buy cigs or food soon as they leave change the locks
5. File a complaint at the local courthouse. The sheriff will evict them.
6. I'd call the police and have her tell them there are strange people living in her house. Have them arrested!
