is it wise to buy a house now in naples florida?

im looking to buy a house and im 24 years old the house im looking at is located in crown pointe off of Davis BLVD its going for $420,000

1. Any investment in the Naples area will be a good investment. We have seen increases of 20% on property each year. Things are def starting to level off here, but we will continue to see increases in the years to come as the area continues to grow. I purchased a home 1 1/2 years ago for $150K and it is now worth $350K (not a bad investment!)
2. that seems kind of steep, i think you should wait a bit on that
