1. Check out the following site that provides details on the Florida house along with links to the Realtor.com.
2. Their house is overpriced, even by Plantation standards. Other than the obvious goal of selling their house, I'm not sure why they are asking so much for it. There are comparable homes in my neighborhood, only a few miles from Plantation, for 500k to 600k. There are houses very close to theirs for 620K to 650K, so their price is way out of line. Sounds like their goal might be to cover some other bills or a second mortgage? Not sure, but either way, in the tight marked that is S.Florida, if you're house isn't competitively priced, it isn't going to sell, no matter how many TV shows it's on. My advice to them? Quit the pitty party and the "woo is us" lamentations and lower the price to something that will get buyer's interested.
