Which is a good subdivision in TAMPA and ORLANDO Florida? I want to buy a house/Condo?

Dear friends I am looking for a Condo / House in Tampa or Orlando. Investment Property. Price range in 150k - 175k and not more than 5 years old construction. Which subdivision I should look for ? Please advise.
